Minimum of 8 people

Whole Suckling Pig

Whole ‘Huntsham farm’ rare breed suckling pig, with bacon cake and pork gravy. Served with roast carrot and fennel salad, rosemary and garlic roasted new potatoes, mustard greens, apple sauce and Dijon mustard.

Roast Rib of Beef

30 day aged rib of beef on the bone served with sourdough trencher, grilled bone marrow and ox cheek gravy. Served with potato and celeriac dauphinoise, mustard greens, carrot and swede mash, onion rings and horseradish.

Lamb tasting platter

Slow braised lamb shoulder, roasted leg, crispy lambs belly and lamb sauce. Served with savoy with capers and parsley, pomme anna, balsamic roast shallots and green sauce.

Suckling pig to be ordered min 3 weeks in advance. Tasting platters to be ordered min 1 week in advance. Deposit required to book. For more information please contact us.
