30 day aged rib of beef on the bone served on sourdough trencher with grilled bone marrow and ox cheek gravy. Served with potato and celeriac dauphinoise, mustard greens, carrot and swede mash, onion rings and horseradish.
Slow braised lamb shoulder, roasted leg, crispy lambs belly and lamb sauce. Served with savoy with capers and parsley, pomme anna, balsamic roast shallots and green sauce.
