Bacon cake and pork gravy. Rosemary and garlic dauphinoise potatoes. Homemade apple sauce. Seasonal greens, apple and fennel slaw.

Slow-roasted leg of lamb. Crispy lamb belly.
Giant couscous salad, pickled shallots, grilled flatbread. Tzatziki and garlic aioli.
