Whole Suckling pig with bacon cake & pork gravy, confit garlic & rosemary pommes anna, seasonal greens with apple & fennel slaw. (Maximum 10 people - additional guests to be charged £25 per head)
Roast Rib Of Beef - £50 per head
30 Day-Aged rib of beef on the bone with ox cheek gravy,. Served with beef fat potato fondant, grilled tomatoes, seasonal greens & onion rings.
Lamb Feasting Platter £70 per head
Slow roasted leg of lamb, crispy lamb bon bons, served with giant couscous salad, grilled flatbread, tzatziki & garlic aioli.
